Payment and Refunds: Since payments are made at the reception desk upon arrival, no prepayments are required. If you cancel within the permitted timeframe, there will be no charges. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the total cost of the original number of days booked, payable at the reception, payable at the reception.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and a fee equivalent to the total cost of the original number of days booked will be charged upon your next visit or billed to your provided contact details.
